Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 – KVKK

As Fitness Gurusu, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This Notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data may be processed when you contact us through our website.

1. Data Controller

For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Law, the data controller is Hatice Güngören, operating under the Fitness Gurusu brand.

  • Company or organization information (if provided)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed;

  • Request information regarding the processing of your personal data;

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose;

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated by law.
